Low carb Keto pizza

Oh my just one bite and you will fall in love.  Carbs is a hard one for me, but after I tried the pizza I have found one that will stop my cravings for pizza instantly. Even the crust texture is sort of similar to your common pizza. Just add your favorite topping and you will revert back to your childhood memories of that succulent pepperoni pizza.

Ingredients
Crust
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 lbs shredded cheese mozzarella if you have it
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt

Topping
  • 10 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3/4 lb shredded cheese cheddar
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup feta
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Beat the eggs and blend in 1 1/2 pound of cheese. After mixed add oregano and garlic salt and mix well.
  3. Spread the batter on a well buttered pizza pan.Bake in the oven for 10 -15 minutes until the crust turns golden brown. Remove and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  4. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F
  5. Spread tomato paste on the crust on top. Add 3/4 pound of cheese to the top.
  6. Put in oven on broil for 5 min or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Enjoy!
