Keto Fat bomb
Here is a tasty Keto fat bomb to build on those days you are craving some chocolate. If you enjoy a peanut butter cup you are bound to really enjoys these Fat Bombs!

- 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 4 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup of Almonds chopped
- A few drops of Stevia depends how sweet you like it
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract
- Salt to taste

Melt the coconut oil in microwave for 1 min.

Mix in Vanilla, Splenda and Cocoa Powder. Mix until smooth.

Pour chocolate mixture into the bottom of baking cups or candy molds

Place in freezer for 10 min to harden.

Mix the peanut butter,cinnamon and chopped nuts then pour over the chilled chocolate. (I melted the peanut butter mixture for 1 min in the microwave to help it move)

Again put them back in the freezer for 10 min to re-harden.

Now pour the rest of the chocolate over the peanut butter mixer.

Sprinkle some coarse sea salt over top and put in freezer for 20 min.

Serve when chilled.
