Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of Bacon
  • 5 cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat pan and melt butter in one pan. Crack 3 eggs into pan and Scrabble. Grate 1 oz of cheddar cheese over top, Stirring occasionally, cook til the cheese becomes crunchy.
  2. In a 2rd pan lay out 2 strips of bacon and fry til bacon is your favorite texture.
  3. Once bacon is cooked, remove from pan. Dice up cherry tomatoes and fry in remaining bacon grease til browned.
  4. Enjoy!
