Week 2 Journey on the Keto Diet

This was a hard week to keep on task.  We had to go to a memorial on the weekend, which I thought would be easy with all the meat and cheese platters.  But we were out of luck on the food.  There was so many carbs and very little fat or protein. Natalie and Becky decided to cheat and eat some carbs because we were so hungry.  Shane didn’t cheat but he was quite hungry, it probably was not worth it and having the choice again we would have went out and got some food from a restaurant.

Ending weight: 184

Starting weight:  294 Lbs

Weight Loss: 5.6 lbs

Ending weight: 288.4

Starting Belly measurement: 52.5 Inches

End Belly measurement: 52 Inches

Change in Belly: 1/2 Inches

 

BECKY’S WEEK BY WEEK STATS: KETO DIET WEEK 2

Starting weight: 179.4 Lbs

Weight Loss: 3.8 lbs

Ending weight: 176.4

Starting Belly measurement: 34 3/4 Inches

End Belly measurement: 37 Inches (not sure what happened here)

Change in Belly: +2 1/4 Inches
