A nice treat for your coffee in the morning. Less than 1 carb per serving. with 21 grams of fat it makes for the ultimate Fat Bomb.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
  • 2 packets of Stevia which equal 1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Of Peppermint Essence
  • 2 tablespoon of unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 drop of green food coloring optional
Instructions
  1. Stick the Coconut oil in microwave for 1 min or until melted.
  2. Mix the melted coconut oil with peppermint essence and Stevia.
  3. Add the food coloring to the mixture if so desired.
  4. Pour half of mixture into small cupcake cups and put in freezer for 10 min.
  5. Now mix cocoa powder in the remaining oil mixture.
  6. Pour on top of the bottom layer and put in fridge til they set up.
