Separate eggs

Add Cream of tarter to to egg whites, and beat til soft peaks are present.

In a food processor add the egg yolks, .33 of the egg whites, melted butter, baking powder, almond flour, and salt. Mix until combined. This will be a thick lumpy dough until the rest of the egg whites are added.

Add the remaining egg white til mixed in. Don't over mix as this is what will give the bread its volume.

Pour the mixture into a buttered bread pan.

Bake 30 min and test with a toothpick to see if cooked

Makes 2 loaves at 20 slices per loaf.
